Role Overview:

The Visual Communication Specialist will play a crucial role in designing digital communications, marketing collateral, social media visuals, and compelling content that guides consumers through their journey with Rhone. The ideal candidate will thrive under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with a team focused on maintaining strategic alignment and high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
  • Enhance and develop the Rhone brand across various platforms, both digital and print
  • Stay informed on the latest design trends in both digital and print media
  • Support design requests from both internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain consistent communication and provide updates to the Creative team
  • Create visual assets for email campaigns, social media, e-commerce, performance marketing, retail marketing, wholesale, and internal initiatives
  • Ensure brand consistency across all projects
Qualifications:
  • A robust portfolio showcasing visual design skills
  • 1+ years of design experience, particularly in e-commerce preferred (students pursuing a degree may be considered)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong understanding of creative design principles, layout, and meticulous attention to detail
  • Experience in web prototyping is highly desirable
  • Image retouching skills are a plus
  • Familiarity with Figma is advantageous
  • Video editing skills are beneficial
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with fellow designers, developers, and team members
