Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team at Travel Nurse Across America. As an IR Tech, you will play a crucial role in assisting physicians with minimally invasive, image-guided procedures.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating fluoroscopic equipment, preparing patients for procedures, and monitoring patients during procedures. You will also be required to maintain accurate patient records and demonstrate a thorough knowledge of radiation protection standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Confirm patient identification and review imaging requests
  • Assist in scrubbing diagnostic and interventional procedures
  • Monitor patients during procedures
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Demonstrate knowledge of radiation protection standards
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in acute care
  • BLS, ACLS, and ARRT (R) National Certification
  • State-specific licensing when required
  • Vascular Interventional certificate preferred
