We are seeking a skilled Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team at Insight Global. As a Telemetry RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the telemetry unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and medical equipment, and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and document patient responses and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Current Kansas RN licensure
- 1+ year of RN experience (preferred Telemetry/Med Surg experience) or least two years of recent patient care experience in a similar healthcare setting as a CNA, LPN, MA.
- Graduated from Accredited Nursing Program
- ACLS and BLS certification
