Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Land Surveyor to join our team at Spotlock. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting surveys, analyzing data, and providing expert advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct boundary surveys, as-built surveys, and other types of surveys as required.
  • Analyze data and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with management and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest surveying technologies and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Surveyor's License in New York and/or New Jersey.
  • At least 5 years of field surveying experience.
  • Expertise in using Robotic Total Stations, RTK technology, and CADD software like AutoCAD Civil 3D and Carlson Survey.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
