Memorial Satilla Health is a 230+ bed acute-care hospital serving the Middle-Georgia community for more than 60 years. Our hospital offers key services, including an ER where more than 45,000 emergencies are treated each year, Heart, Orthopedic, Surgery, Rehabilitation, Sleep and Birthing Centers and an extensive Mental Health program for seniors and those suffering with memory loss.

Job Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify communication, cognitive, and/or swallowing impairments
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to improve patient communication abilities
  • Evaluate patient progress regularly and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
