Job Description:
The Assistant Manager plays a pivotal role in achieving our business objectives, overseeing daily store operations, and driving sales results. By leveraging their analytical skills, creativity, and leadership abilities, they ensure that our stores meet our high standards for visual presentation, sales performance, and customer satisfaction. Additionally, they focus on developing the skills of their team members, enabling them to excel in their roles and contribute to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Sales: Analyze business performance data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • OMNI Channel Fulfillment: Coordinate seamless cross-channel shopping experiences.
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor Supervision: Maintain visually appealing store environments and supervise sales floors efficiently.
  • Store & Stockroom Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines and stockroom management.
  • Talent Development: Train and develop team members through workshops and mentorship programs.
  • Communication: Foster open communication among team members and stakeholders.
  • Asset Protection: Safeguard company assets and mitigate potential risks.
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and motivate teams
