Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our clinical team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions to adults, children, and adolescents, as well as collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy sessions to patients, including individual and group therapy
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices and industry developments
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical programs and initiatives
Requirements
  • Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, counseling)
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Therapist (LPCC, LCSW, LMFT) in California
  • Experience working with adult, child, and adolescent populations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
