Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby area for guests.
  • Quickly address and rectify any safety hazards, such as wet floors.
  • Oversee the cleanliness of pool areas and restrooms.
  • Ensure all public restrooms are clean and adequately stocked.
  • Keep all public walkways and spaces tidy.
  • Manage waste disposal from various offices.
  • Perform cleaning tasks including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing in the lobby area.
  • Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Consistent attendance in line with established guidelines.
  • Flexibility to work varying schedules based on business needs.
  • Ability to focus on tasks and complete assignments on time despite interruptions.
  • Capability to maintain positive relationships with staff while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in following safety protocols and performing tasks efficiently.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Physical capability to bend, stoop, squat, and stretch as needed.
  • Skill in operating a golf cart or resort vehicle safely.
  • Ability to inspect areas for cleanliness and report any lost items.
  • Capacity to lift approximately thirty (30) pounds and push carts weighing up to one hundred (100) pounds.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to perform various physical tasks including grasping, writing, and listening.
