Custodian Lead

We are seeking a Custodian Lead to join beBee Professionals in Kenner.

The successful candidate will oversee daily cleaning operations, ensuring all residential and commercial spaces meet our high standards of cleanliness and organization.

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.
• Supervise housekeeping staff to ensure efficient cleaning operations.
• Inspect properties regularly to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.

• At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role within the housekeeping industry.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
