Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to lead our site development design team in Allen, TX. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the production and management of design projects for public/private sector clients, emphasizing site development, municipal public works infrastructure, and transportation improvements.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage technical analysis, design, and production of various site development, public works, and private development improvement projects.
  • Organize and schedule work to meet project goals within established budgets and timelines.
  • Direct the efforts of a project team, including engineers, technicians, and sub-consultants.
  • Prepare proposals, reports, opinions of cost, and construction documents.
  • Perform project management according to TNP standards and guidelines.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines.
  • Conduct construction administration.
  • Maintain strong overall financial performance.

Requirements:
Education/Certification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Current registration as a Professional Engineer (Civil) in the State of Texas or ability to obtain State of Texas P.E. certification within one year.

Professional Requirements:
  • Responsive and service-oriented to clients.
  • Design proficiency with site grading, roadway, drainage, water, and sanitary sewer improvements is required.
  • Seven to Twelve years of experience in site development design preferred.
  • Proficiency with Civil 3D, Microsoft Word, and Excel is required.
  • Committed to professional development.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop solid working relationships with other team members.
  • Ability to manage and schedule work to meet objectives & deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and meet client expectations.
