Summary:
Oversees large-scale operational departments and all activities related to processing customer orders and developing company processes, either personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
Plans, schedules, and manages daily work activities within departments to meet or exceed established key performance indicators (KPIs).
Distribution Focus:
Oversight of shipping/receiving, picking/packing, inventory, and value-added services (VAS) activities.
Experienced in rapid carton throughput – import deconsolidation and domestic consolidation.
Store Delivery Focus:
Unloading, sorting, segregating, palletizing, and loading out.
Utilizes continuous improvement methodologies to enhance labor productivity and process accuracy while ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
Performs managerial functions, including mentoring, coaching, conducting performance reviews, administering disciplinary actions, and interviewing candidates.
Ensures all assigned associates are informed of and comply with company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations.
Implements, enhances, and maintains operational functions within departments, ensuring effective and efficient service to customers with a focus on quality, productivity, safety, and loss prevention.
Establishes productivity and quality control standards, develops budgets and cost controls, and ensures adherence through follow-up and diligence.
Manages operating budgets to align with planned annual volume, including cost analysis, profit and loss accountability, and labor productivity.Collaborates with all levels of associates to ensure consistent adherence to procedures and best practices.
Supervisory Responsibilities:Manages up to 10 employees, with an additional 150+ indirect reports across picking, put-away, shipping, and inventory control departments. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these operational units.
Responsibilities include manpower planning, assigning and directing work assignments, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving issues.
Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree required.
Five to ten years of relevant experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with profit and loss management is highly desirable.
Spanish language skills are preferred.

Compensation Range:
$90,000-$105,000. This range represents the anticipated starting salary for the position. The company may adjust this range based on market conditions and other factors. Final salary discussions will occur directly with selected candidates in accordance with applicable laws.
