As a Med Surg / Telemetry RN, you will be responsible for monitoring and interpreting data from specialized medical technologies and equipment. You will administer medication and perform treatment interventions in consultation with healthcare specialists. Additionally, you will maintain and update ward charts, patient files, and medical records.
