Education Requirement:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Training Environment:

Initial training will be conducted on-site in Downtown Jacksonville for 5 weeks. Successful completion of training is required before assignment continues. After initial training, the role will transition to remote work.

Work Environment:

Laptop and up to 2 monitors will be provided. A workspace free of visual and audible distractions is required. Candidate must have access to the internet with at least 50 MBPS upload and 10 MBPS download speeds.

Physical Requirements:

Sitting up to 8 hours per day, typing up to 8 hours per day, and data entry up to 8 hours per day.

Other Physical Demands:

Should not attempt to lift, pull, or push a load in excess of 50 lbs. without assistance. Care should always be taken when lifting, pushing, or pulling in an awkward position. Outdoor walking in non-paved areas may be required.

Additional Requirements:

Candidates who are bilingual in Spanish are requested.
