About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our dedicated team of caregivers, promoting exceptional resident experiences, and fostering strong relationships with families.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the memory care department, ensuring high-quality care and services that meet or exceed resident needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement person-centered care plans.
  • Maintain open communication with residents, family members, and staff to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Develop and execute strategies to enhance resident engagement, activities, and overall quality of life.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and best practices within the memory care department.
Requirements
  • Three years of experience in memory care management, including handling complex behavior issues and educating families.
  • Proven success in leadership and management, with a track record of achieving results and exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional resident-centered care and services, with a commitment to empathy, kindness, and compassion.
