DispatchHealth Management is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join our team of home healthcare providers. As an acute care specialist, you will work in the comfort of a patient's home to provide high-quality, compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive health assessments and diagnose complex illnesses
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions, such as splinting, suturing, wound care, and minor procedures
  • Use critical thinking skills and follow evidence-based standards of practice
  • Analyze test data to diagnose, treat, and arrange follow-up care
  • Educate patients and families on managing their health and well-being
  • Communicate effectively with patients, family members, and other healthcare professionals

About the Role:

  • Work as part of a clinical care team with a DispatchHealth Medical Technician (DHMT)
  • Provide care in the patient's home through our innovative in-home care service lines
  • Collaborate with DHMTs and remote teams to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of experience as an APP in Emergency Department, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, or relevant areas
  • Current unrestricted state license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
  • Nationally board certified, current BLS required, ACLS certification preferred
  • Prescriptive authority and DEA
  • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
