- Ten years of civil engineering design experience.
- A bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently for extended periods.
- Strong written, technical, and interpersonal skills.
- Committed to client services and a team-based approach.
- Attention to detail, delivering quality work products, and excellent client services.
- Ability to work with a wide variety of clients, regulators, and authorities.
- Proven marketing/business development skills.
- A PE License.
- Experience with AutoCAD/Civil3D to produce civil construction documents.
- Strong knowledge of working with municipal, commercial, and other related site development projects.
A competitive salary range of $115,000 - $130,000 per year, plus benefits provided by the employer.
