Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Daycare Educator to join our team at Childcare Recruiters LLC. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of children aged 1-3 years.
  • Establish a safe and inclusive classroom environment that fosters socialization, creativity, and exploration.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with other educators to ensure seamless communication and a cohesive approach to childcare.
  • Monitor and record children's progress, identifying areas of strength and weakness.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with young children in a classroom setting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and move children and equipment as needed.
