Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Rocket Engine Systems Specialist to join our team at Kavaliro. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for providing pre and post-flight office support for NASA/DOD Engine Systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design and fabrication of product modifications through to field operations.
  • Ensure strong emphasis on maintainability and integration of logistics and business systems.
  • Coordinate both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for rocket engine systems and support equipment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common objectives.
Requirements
  • Secret Clearance
  • U.S. Citizen without Dual Citizenship
  • Solid academic and professional track record (5+ years of experience) of accomplishment expected, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work with little direction and demonstrated teamwork skills.
  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft Software applications.
  • Bachelor's Degree - Aerospace, Mechanical, Systems Engineering or related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • Software code writing experience.
  • Knowledge of aircraft/spacecraft maintenance and fluid/mechanical systems is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Rocket Engine Assembly and Test Operations is a plus.
