Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Illinois. As a Family Medicine Physician with Vohra Physicians, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals, providing wound care services to patients in a variety of settings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide wound care services to patients in skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals
- Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility, assessing patient needs and developing treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient information and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest wound care techniques and technologies
Requirements:
- Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of Illinois
- Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
