Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized facial treatments to clients, using a range of techniques and products.
- Conduct consultations with clients to determine their skincare needs and goals.
- Develop and implement customized skincare plans for clients, using a range of products and treatments.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
- Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues and management to ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Meet sales and performance targets, through effective upselling and cross-selling of products and services.
- Current licensure as an Esthetician in the state of North Carolina.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a skincare or spa environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of skincare products and treatments, including LED Phototherapy, NuFACE, Diamond Glow, microdermabrasion, and chemical exfoliation options.
