Job Title: MSP IT Systems Support Engineer - Technical Expert

Job Summary:

DK's Enterprises, Ltd is seeking a highly skilled MSP IT Systems Support Engineer - Technical Expert to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for handling complex technical issues and projects, providing expert-level support and guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support for our clients, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
  • System Implementation: Deploy and optimize new systems and network solutions, ensuring seamless integration and minimal downtime.
  • Project Support: Collaborate with our project delivery team to provide hands-on technical support for complex projects.
  • Network Equipment: Install, configure, and support network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
  • Infrastructure Support: Manage storage networking, server/desktop OS, cloud environments, network security, and more.
  • Mentorship: Guide and support junior engineers, leading technical support initiatives and ensuring knowledge sharing.
  • Documentation: Create detailed system configuration documents and end-user guides.
  • Time Tracking: Maintain accurate records of your work.

Requirements:

  • MSP Experience: 5+ years in a similar role, with a strong understanding of managed services and technical support.
  • Windows Server: 5+ years of troubleshooting and deployment experience, including Domain creation, DHCP/DNS, DFS replication.
  • Networking: 5+ years of firewall/network layer support, including VLAN and switch configuration.
  • VMware: Hands-on experience with VMware ESXi 6.X.
  • O365: Implementation and support experience.
  • PowerShell: Expert knowledge and scripting skills.
  • SAML/Single Sign-On: 3+ years of experience with Azure.
  • Networking Hardware: 5+ years of hands-on experience with SonicWall, Cisco, and Cisco Meraki.
  • Troubleshooting: Exceptional problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • SonicWall Firewalls and SMAs: Experience with SonicWall firewalls and security management appliances.
  • Active Directory/AZ: Experience with Active Directory and Azure.
  • Cisco switches and OS: Experience with Cisco switches and operating systems.
  • VMware Horizon View: Experience with VMware Horizon View.
  • Kaseya, Autotask/Datto, Okta: Experience with Kaseya, Autotask/Datto, and Okta.
