Key Responsibilities:- Process daily transactions, including buys, sells, money transfers, and other activities, for all Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs) within assigned programs.
- Provide accurate and timely instructions for all trading activity related to investments, divestments, grants, fees, and reallocations for assigned programs.
- Contribute to the quality and accuracy of trade instructions by reviewing those related to other programs.
- Record all relevant corporate actions and investment-related earnings to ensure precise Net Asset Values (NAVs) and DAF balances.
- Reconcile internal systems with external accounts on a daily basis.
- Update the value of securities and other investments as needed.
- Participate in the preparation and/or review of quarterly donor statements, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Collect fees from investment accounts following established procedures.
- Collaborate on projects related to current and future initiatives within the Operations department.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Offer guidance and support to team members as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Partner with the Investment Operations Supervisor to ensure appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs) are tracked, enabling efficient daily workflow management.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the financial services/investment services industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
