Counterintelligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Counterintelligence Analyst to join our team at SOS International LLC. As a Reachback Senior Counter Intelligence (CI) Analyst, you will provide analysis support to an intelligence analytical team of military and DoD civilian analysts in support of J2 analytical requirements in the USCENTCOM AOR.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in counterintelligence and human intelligence analysis, with experience in conducting all-source analysis, establishing and maintaining search criteria, and providing feedback to collectors through evaluations and Source Directed Requirements (SDR).

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze all-source reporting to identify individuals of CI concern and insider threats
• Conduct analysis to develop actionable products and provide operational assessments and recommendations
• Manage RFIs, track statuses, and detail responses as required
• Delegate requirements to analysts and track progress
• Compile analytical products and perform quality control
• Brief customers on final products
• Serve as Contractor Team Lead and ensure all analysts uphold analytical standards

Requirements:

• Active in scope TS/SCI clearance with CI scope Polygraph
• Bachelor's degree or at least eight (8) years direct relevant intelligence analyst experience
• Expert knowledge in Afghanistan/SWA regional analysis, network analysis, and HUMINT analysis
• Proficient in utilizing advanced computer applications and intelligence related automation
• Proficient at briefing senior leadership at the O-6 level

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree
• OSINT/PAI research and analytical experience
• CI/HUMINT analytical experience

Work Environment:

Living and working conditions while TDY or deployed could be remote and uncomfortable, with long hours, exposure to weather, adverse conditions, and relocation on short notice.
