Key Responsibilities- Case Management: Assist in the management of complex commercial litigation cases, including document production, trial preparation, and coordination with outside vendors and service providers.
- Document Production: Prepare and manage large volumes of documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify key issues and relevant matters, and prepare comprehensive reports and recommendations.
- Communication and Collaboration: Liaise with attorneys, clients, and court personnel to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the litigation team, including filing documents, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in a commercial litigation setting.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of commercial litigation procedures, laws, and regulations; excellent research and analytical skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
