As a Clinic Director at ATI Physical Therapy, you will lead our mission to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and drive growth in our outpatient orthopedic physical therapy clinics.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to join our team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinics. As a Clinic Director, you will be responsible for supervising clinic staff, developing individualized plans of care, and treating patients with compassionate and evidence-based approaches.
Key responsibilities include:
- Meet or exceed clinic goals related to operational performance metrics
- Responsible for clinic staffing levels and serve as the liaison between clinic staff and district leadership
- Cultivate relationships with patients and the community
- Support the development of team members to ensure high performance
