Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at our Marysville Medical Clinic. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for collecting blood and other bodily fluids from patients for laboratory testing.

• Collect blood and other bodily fluids from patients using venipuncture and capillary techniques.
• Label and process specimens for laboratory testing.
• Follow Universal Precautions to prevent exposure to biohazardous materials.
• Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare staff to ensure accurate and efficient specimen collection.
• Maintain accurate records and reports of specimen collection and processing.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduation from an accredited phlebotomy training program required.
• Minimum of one year experience in a hospital or clinic setting desired.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish highly desirable.
