At TG Gallagher, we're seeking a skilled Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a crucial role in preparing detailed and accurate labor, materials, and equipment takeoffs. Your expertise will be essential in completing cost estimates for projects of all sizes, collaborating with construction managers, engineers, vendors, and personnel from other departments to discuss and formulate estimates.

As an Estimator at TG Gallagher, you'll have the opportunity to build and maintain customer and vendor relationships, review documents to develop a clear and detailed understanding of project scope, and work closely with our operations team to relay key project scope information during proposal review meetings and at project turnovers.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing detailed and accurate labor, materials, and equipment takeoffs
  • Completing detailed cost estimates for projects small and large
  • Collaborating with construction managers, engineers, vendors, and personnel from other departments to discuss and formulate estimates
  • Building and maintaining customer and vendor relationships
  • Reviewing documents to develop a clear and detailed understanding of project scope
  • Working closely with our operations team to relay key project scope information during proposal review meetings and at project turnovers
