Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Identity & Access Management (IAM) Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating enterprise and cloud applications with single sign-on platforms, enhancing authentication policies, building role-based access control, maintaining auto-provisioning platforms, and developing IAM policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integrate enterprise and cloud applications with single sign-on platforms using industry-standard protocols and MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication)
  • Support technical integration needs (design and development) that facilitate connectivity between SSO, directory, and provisioning tools
  • Work on the administration and enhancement of authentication policies
  • Work on provisioning accounts and building and maintaining appropriate role-based access control to users across the organization
  • Assist in security and compliance audits
  • Assist with building and maintaining auto-provisioning platforms
  • Utilize technical experience to make recommendations for technical and business teams
  • Assist in the development and documentation of policies and procedures for the function
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, and/or Information Systems or related degree
  • 2+ years of experience. Candidates with equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered as long as they meet the 2-year requirements
  • Working knowledge of Federation Protocols (e.g., OAuth/SAML)
  • Working knowledge of core IAM Domains: Identity Governance and Administration, User Provisioning, Deprovisioning, Privileged Access Management, Authentication, Authorization, Identity Lifecycle Management
Preferred Requirements:
  • Development and operational experience using Ping Identity services, including implementation, configuration & administration of services and components
  • Working knowledge of LDAP and Active Directory
  • Working knowledge of Single Sign-On models / Web Server & App Server session management
  • Working knowledge of implementing and maintaining Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)
  • Familiarity with information security concepts like SSL/TLS, Kerberos, PRT (Primary Refresh Token)
  • Proven understanding of solutions development methodologies (e.g., DevOps, Agile, Software Development Lifecycle, etc.)
  • Astute ability to consistently deliver projects within budget and exceed quality expectations
  • Proficient in partnering with business units to collaboratively execute strategies and increase adoption of security solutions
  • Mindset for achieving efficiency through automation
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking and complex problem-solving capability
  • Solid presentation, oral/written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong communications skills: both verbal and written, positive attitude and willingness to learn
