Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Forthright Case Management Llc. As a Nurse Case Manager, you will play a vital role in coordinating medical care for injured employees. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive the best possible treatment and support throughout their recovery process.

Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate and coordinate all aspects of medical care for injured employees

Work cohesively with treatment teams to provide optimal care

Interact with insurance company adjusters, attorneys, physicians, and other healthcare professionals

Oversee patient care, attend medical appointments, visit hospitals, and coordinate medical equipment and home modifications

Requirements:

RN license

Valid ID Driver's License and ID Auto Insurance

Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel efficiently

Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
