Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide school-based therapy services for students with diverse needs. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with educators and families to support students in achieving their academic and functional goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students' strengths and challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' needs
  • Provide direct therapy services in school settings, including one-on-one and group sessions
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of therapy services into students' educational plans
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings to ensure students' needs are met

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active OT license in CA
  • Experience in pediatrics or school-based settings preferred
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
