Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Home Health Nurse to join our team. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of patients' homes. You will work with a designated territory of coverage and be responsible for conducting Medicare certified visits.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits Experience
  • Electronic Charting experience
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
  • Current Ohio RN License
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License
