Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services
  • Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers

You will be responsible for processing sales transactions accurately and consistently meeting sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Additionally, you will maintain precise work order files and formulas, pull appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse, and tint and mix products as needed to customer specifications.

A successful Sales Associate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and meet minimum requirements such as being at least 18 years old, having a valid driver's license, and being able to lift up to 70 pounds frequently.
