Pet Care Operations Manager

Job Overview:
">- We are seeking a skilled Mobile Veterinary Supervisor to join our team, responsible for supervising various aspects of the veterinary clinics, including recording accurate pet records and bio notes, collaborating with leadership teams, and maintaining relationships with partners.
Main Responsibilities:
">- To collect payments, dispense medication, and review discharge paperwork with pet owners, ensuring a smooth clinic process.
- Able to safely restrain pets for procedures like vaccinations, nail trims, and microchipping.
- Mentor and coach veterinary clinic assistants in all aspects of pet care, monitoring processes, and interactions with pet owners.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment by disinfecting surfaces and equipment between each pet visit.
- Assist in inventory management, understanding product expiration dates, and driving company vehicles to and from clinics responsibly.
- Develop strong recommendations for pet owners based on animal diseases and lifestyles.
- Promote a culture of safety, adhering to brand values, and providing excellent customer service to pet owners.
- Direct clinic flow effectively using communication, organization, and time management skills.
Requirements:
">- The ideal candidate must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver's license, and have reliable transportation.
- Able to work weekends, varied weekdays, and times, including occasional overnights.
- Present professional appearance and positive conduct, with a focus on punctuality and dependability.
- Comfortable driving a company vehicle for long hours in various terrain and weather conditions.
- Ability to work outdoors and in the field for prolonged periods, up to 12-14 hour days.
Educational Requirements:
">- A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
">- Previous experience in customer service sales and leadership roles.
- Familiarity with computer hardware (iPad, Bluetooth devices) and ability to navigate them.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work within a team to meet goals.
Physical Requirements:
">- Able to perform job functions safely and successfully, meeting ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, and other applicable laws.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Compensation:
