A professional with a background in Contracts and Procurement or Commercial fields is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in Contracts & Procurement Processes and Tools, ideally with a focus on the Brazilian market.
Education:
A University Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or International Trade is required.
IT Proficiency:
Advanced skills in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with SAP (MM - Materials Management module) is essential.
Language Skills:
Portuguese: Fluent in both written and spoken forms.
English: Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken forms.

Responsibilities:
Role Overview:
The Supply Chain Process & Performance Analyst operates within the Methods Department, focusing on Contracts & Procurement activities:
Process Management:
Revise and update Contracts & Procurement procedures, ensuring alignment with Group Company Rules.
Evaluate procurement processes to identify areas for enhancement.
Ensure adherence to local Contracts & Procurement guidelines by all users.
Organize and maintain documentation related to Contracts & Procurement.
Maintain an updated Organizational Chart for the Supply Chain.
Analysis and Reporting:
Assist in compiling Supply Chain Performance reports and dashboards on a regular basis.
Consolidate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement Supply Chain reporting.
Engage in benchmarking initiatives and support the identification of savings opportunities.
Communication:
Facilitate communication between Supply Chain and other departments regarding Procurement matters.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research as requested and provide market indicators to assist buyers.
Supplier Management:
Contribute to the supplier pre-qualification process and assist in supplier evaluations.
Maintain an updated Supplier Quality Management (SQM) database.
Ensure Due Diligence status of suppliers is current, collaborating closely with the Compliance team.
Planning Support:
Aid in the preparation and updates of the master procurement planning and contract follow-up reports.
Tool Support:
Serve as the primary contact for Supply Chain tools, providing first-level support to users.
Facilitate training for SAP MM end users and support the deployment of procurement tools.
Audit Assistance:
Provide support for Contracts & Procurement-related audits and perform SOX Controls as required.
Knowledge Sharing:
Collaborate with the Methods team to enhance Contracts & Procurement expertise across the organization.
Conduct analyses related to Contracts & Procurement activities, offering diagnostics and recommendations.
Prepare and update necessary templates for Contracts & Procurement tasks.
Accountabilities:
Ensure proper utilization of Contracts & Procurement tools in compliance with established rules and procedures.
Strive to optimize overall performance within Supply Chain processes.
Enhance the quality and value of services provided by the Contracts & Procurement entity.
Monitor procurement performance and stay informed about market trends.
Anticipate operational needs through proactive procurement planning.
Ensure adherence to HSE and Supply Chain policies and procedures.
