We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Bistro Server to join our team at Cambria Suites Pigeon Forge. As a Bistro Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

• Deliver outstanding guest service by greeting and serving all guests in a professional and engaging manner.
• Develop a proficient knowledge of hotel food and cocktail menus to make informed recommendations to guests.
• Build strong relationships with guests by actively listening to their needs and preferences.
• Make suggestions for order choices to enhance the guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with all food, alcohol, and safety policies and laws.
• Be flexible and adaptable to changing circumstances.
• Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or requested.

• Previous guest service experience is preferred.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary for success in this role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
• The ability to walk and stand for up to 100% of shift is necessary.
• The ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds is also required.
