Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Game Technician to join our team at Malibu Jack's Ashland, KY. As a Game Technician, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of arcade games and attractions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance on machines and fix broken equipment.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Assess game performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Complete weekly maintenance tasks and projects as assigned.
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment.
Requirements
  • No prior experience required, but some mechanical background is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional and the Internet.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, and effectively communicate with guests and colleagues.
  • Mathematical skills to perform basic calculations.
