Job Description

Immediate opening for a SOLO Class A CDL Truck Driver at Ryder in Pennsylvania. Key responsibilities include driving a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle, loading/unloading freight, and maintaining accurate records and logs. Requirements include a valid Class A CDL, 9 months of experience within the past 3 years, and the ability to follow written and/or oral instructions. Responsibilities
  • Drive a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle
  • Loading/unloading freight or assisting in the loading/unloading of freight if required by customer
  • Maintain accurate records and logs
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
  • Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards
Requirements
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • 9 months of experience within the past 3 years
  • Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
  • Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
