Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Chemical Analyst to join our team at GForce Life Sciences. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for performing complex chemical analyses and providing high-quality results to support our research and development efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct a range of analytical techniques, including chromatography, spectroscopy, and wet chemistry, to analyze samples and raw materials.
  • Apply established test methods and procedures to complete analytical testing and ensure accurate results.
  • Collect, process, and interpret data, and prepare reports to effectively communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Perform root cause analyses for non-conformance events related to laboratory testing.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding testing statuses and priorities.
  • Adhere to written procedures and laboratory practices to ensure good quality and compliance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of professional experience in a laboratory setting.
  • Working knowledge of pH, TLC, Auto-titrators, FT-IR, Karl Fisher, Viscosity, and other wet chemistry analysis techniques.
  • Experience with HPLC and GC preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
  • Excellent bench skills and organization.
  • Experience with Empower, ELN, and LIMS software preferred.
