Proud Moments ABA is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team of clinical experts. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement targeted interventions to promote positive behaviors and skills in children with ASD
  • Supervise and support a team of behavioral technicians to ensure high-quality services
  • Collaborate with families to understand assessment results and treatment recommendations
  • Advocate for clients by monitoring for potential issues and communicating concerns
  • Share knowledge and experience through training and orientation of new team members
Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field
  • Current BCBA license or sitting for the exam in the next 3 months
  • Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children with ASD or related disorders
  • Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments
  • Excellent clinical competence and judgment
  • Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly
