Job Title: Welder

The Welder role at Steel Tech Building Systems focuses on the fusion of metal components to adhere to established quality standards and operational protocols. Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute welding tasks according to technical drawings
  • Operate cranes for the manipulation of heavy beams
  • Perform back-gouging procedures
  • Inspect finished products for quality assurance
  • Document successes, challenges, and production metrics
  • Utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

Essential Requirements:

  • Ability to read and understand blueprints
  • Proficient in the operation of welding tools and machinery
  • Maintain organized and clean workspaces
