UnityPoint - Allen Memorial Hospital Heliport - AHSA is seeking an experienced LPN - Med Surg Tele to join our team. As a Med Surg Tele LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide direct patient care to Med Surg Tele patients, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and provide appropriate interventions.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
**Requirements**
- Current Iowa license as a LPN.
- At least 2 years of recent Med Surg Tele US nursing experience as a LPN - Med Surg Tele.
- Active Nursing License per state.
- Current BLS and/or ACLS (AHA Preferred) and/or Specialty Certifications.
- Updated Resume and Supervisory Professional References.
