Job Title: Staff Psychiatrist

TRADITIONS BEHAVIORAL HEALTH is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Psychiatrist to join our team. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

About the Role:
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments for patients with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team, utilizing evidence-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT) modalities.
  • Provide medication management and monitoring for patients undergoing treatment for substance use disorders, including titration and adjustment of medications as needed.
  • Offer evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling services to support patients in their recovery journey.
  • Address co-occurring mental health concerns through integrated treatment approaches, collaborating closely with our team of mental health professionals.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary treatment meetings to ensure coordinated and holistic care for patients.
