About the Role

This is a remote IT Quality Assurance Manager position based in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Quality Assurance Manager to oversee the development and implementation of quality management programs. This role will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing program quality management frameworks, policies, and procedures.

Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in Enterprise IT Systems, system integration principles, and associated program, project, and program quality management best practices.
  • Knowledge of PMI processes, methodology, and standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Adobe software.
  • Expert use of process documentation software and generation, with Microsoft Visio being highly desirable.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience with Agile principles, processes, and methodology, including Scrum and/or SAFe.
  • Six Sigma Certification.
  • MITA knowledge or experience.
  • Understanding of CMS' Seven Standards and Conditions and the Medicaid program.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
