Facility: A distinguished Community/Teaching Hospital situated in Upstate New York, part of one of the largest non-profit healthcare systems in the nation. The medical team comprises over 300 physicians, delivering a comprehensive array of specialty services.
Opportunity: We are seeking Hospitalists for daytime positions. The Hospitalist team operates on a 7on/7off schedule with 12-hour shifts. The ICU is open and staffed with 24/7 Intensivist coverage, with responsibilities limited to admissions. No procedures are required. Current patient loads range from 16 to 18 per shift. Dedicated Nocturnists are available, eliminating night shifts. Advanced Practice Clinicians are also on staff to provide support. Opportunities for teaching Residents are available if desired.
Compensation: Competitive annual salary of $300,000. Performance-based bonuses are available for additional earnings. The benefits package is extensive, including relocation assistance and sign-on bonuses. H1 Visa Sponsorship is also offered.
