Job Summary:
The Specialty Relationship Banker is a key member of the SECU Credit Union team, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with business members. As a trusted advisor, this individual will identify and develop mutually beneficial relationships with clients, promoting SECU's products and services to meet their financial needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultative conversations with business members to understand their financial goals and objectives.
- Identify and recommend SECU products and services that meet the needs of business members.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business members, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to business members.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, ensuring that business members receive the most relevant and effective solutions.
Requirements:
- High School diploma mandatory, College degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of client-facing retail banking experience, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with business clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with business members and internal teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work out of any SECU Financial Center throughout Maryland, as well as other offsite locations for business development and community events.
