About the PositionKimco Staffing Services, a rapidly growing and award-winning staffing firm, seeks an experienced Purchasing Associate to join their team in Redlands, CA.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $18.00/hour.

Key Responsibilities
  • We are looking for someone who can effectively search for availability and pricing against established guidelines to ensure our clients receive the best possible products.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills to place orders efficiently and accurately.
  • A strong communicator will be responsible for logging the arrival of all parts and notifying the appropriate team members.
  • This role requires attention to detail to build packing lists from order tracking data and feedback from the Development Team.
  • Additional responsibilities include ordering parts from local auto parts stores as needed for testing or fleet maintenance purposes, and organizing and receiving invoices from local part stores and online purchases for record keeping.
