About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Wire Cutter to join our team at Capital Electric. As a Wire Cutter, you will be responsible for coiling, spooling, cutting, and labeling wire to specified customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cut wire to the length specified on ticket order
  • Label and deliver wire to correct routing staging area
  • Maintain organization and neatness in wire room
  • Be on time and work diligently with co-workers
  • Multi-task and continually prioritize tasks to be completed throughout the day
  • Follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • 1-2 years warehouse experience - electrical distribution industry preferred
  • Good and dependable mathematic, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on regular basis; up to 70 lbs. occasionally
  • Reliable, responsible, and a great work ethic
