About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Agent Trainee to join our team at The Auto Club Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive new business and retain existing customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn and master various company guidelines, systems, and processes to become an effective Insurance Agent
  • Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with satisfactory MVR
  • Ability to successfully attain the appropriate State Property and Casualty General Lines or Personal Lines Insurance License and State Life Insurance license within 90 days of start date
  • 1+ year(s) of sales or customer service experience
  • Strong sales skills with a history of effectively developing, tracking, following up on, and closing leads
  • Advanced consultative selling techniques utilizing thorough product knowledge
