Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop effective care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring the highest level of patient safety.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff members and supervise their work to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Communicate patient information effectively with colleagues and between shifts to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications:- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania.
- CPR certification.
