Lindbergh Properties Construction I is seeking a Maintenance Technician to enhance our operational team. The role involves executing work orders and fulfilling various tasks related to residential properties and condominiums. The standard working hours are from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Opportunities for both part-time and full-time positions are available.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently complete projects and repair requests
  • Ensure properties are well-maintained and visually appealing
  • Conduct routine preventive maintenance tasks
  • Perform painting, drywall repairs, carpentry, cleaning, and landscaping duties
  • Assist in moving appliances and managing snow removal
  • Support the preparation of apartments for new occupants
  • Participate in an on-call rotation and be available for after-hours emergency maintenance approximately every three weeks

Qualifications:
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor
  • Possess personal hand tools
  • Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Capable of traveling between job sites throughout the day using personal vehicle
  • Able to manage a physically demanding workload
  • Detail-oriented and deadline-focused
  • Preferred five years of experience in maintenance or related trades
